ABOUT THE ARTIST

Sylvia was born in Warsaw, Poland and moved to the United States at a young age with her family. She grew up in Minnesota surrounded by her supportive family and Polish community of family friends. She studied art at Loyola University Chicago. In 2019, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts: Drawing and Painting. She had a fruitful year of art in 2021; during this time she focused primarily on using art as a form of healing and self expression. In September 2021, she moved to New York City to begin a new chapter of her life. She proceeds to evolve her art practice and continues to grow as an individual and as an artist.
