ABOUT THE ARTIST

Sylvia was born in Warsaw, Poland and moved to the United States at a young age with her family. She grew up in Minnesota surrounded by her supportive family and Polish community of family friends. She studied art at Loyola University Chicago. In 2019, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts: Drawing and Painting. In September 2021, she moved to New York City to begin a new chapter of her life. She proceeds to evolve her art practice and continues to grow as an individual and as an artist. Currently, she is interested in painting larger than life florals and portraits of her cats.
